Called to order at 7:00pm by Vice Chairman Ms. Shirley Twitchell. Those Members present were Ms. Twitchell, Roy Nickerson, R. Edward Morris and Joan-Bryant-Deschenes. Board Members Margaret Imber, Mark Morris and Raymond Lavoie were not present. Planner, John Maloney was present this evening. CEO, Roger Williams was also present this evening.

B & A SOUTH-SITE AMENDMENT
Ms Bryant-Deschenes has recused herself from hearing this agenda item.
Ms. Bryant Deschenes addressed the Planning Board and stated that the diesel fuel pump located on the north end will be removed and that diesel fuel will be part of the island fuel dispensers. There will be an increase of 5 feet on the east side and 20 feet on the north side. The new building will be 80 feet by 33 feet instead of 60 feet by 28 feet. A new drawing dated April 13, 2011 has been submitted. There was a brief discussion regarding the exit and entrance to this site. Mr. Maloney stated that all of the original Conditions of Approval will remain the same. Mr. Maloney then stated that he has added Condition 1 which states that the project is carried out in accordance with the approved applications and testimony. Ms. Bryant-Deschenes then stated that the owner of the property next door would not allow her to test the well. Mr. R. Edward Morris made a motion to accept Amendment 1 with the addition of Condition 1. Mr. Nickerson seconded the motion. The Board Members voted 3 in favor and 1 abstention to accept Amendment 1 with the original Conditions of Approval and the addition of Condition 1. Ms. Bryant Deschenes abstained from voting.
