SPECIAL BOARD OF SELECTMEN MEETING 10:00 AM

 

 

 

 

 

1. CALL TO ORDER AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG: Chairman Angelo Terreri called the meeting to order at 10:00 am and the Pledge of Allegiance was said. Those present were Mr. Lawrence House, Mr. Dennis Richardson and Mr. Richard Keene. Selectman Jeffrey Timberlake was absent.

 

2. WARRANT - SPECIAL TOWN MEETING: Following review of the articles as established for the Special Town Meeting scheduled for 12/6/2010 Mr. Keene made a motion to approve the warrant as drafted, Mr. House seconded the motion. Mr. Richardson inquired if the Attorney Norman Rattey was confident that the wording would be binding to transfer the parcel to the Town and it was acknowledged that Mr. Rattey approved of the wording. The vote was unanimous.

 

3. ADJOURNMENT: The Board adjourned by mutual consent at 10:05 am
