Bid Notice – Leavitt Institute Roof Replacement

The Town of Turner is now accepting bids for replacement of the roof and related work at the Leavitt Institute Building, located at 98 Matthews Way in Turner.  Work will consist of complete removal and replacement of existing roof materials and dormer siding.  Some of the roof is sloped and will utilize shingles, some is flat and will require a rubber roofing system, plus underlayment, ice and water shield, flashing, fascia, sheathing (as needed), etc.  A pre-bid meeting will be held at the building at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 13.  Bids are due no later than 2:30 p.m. on Monday, August 19, with an award expected that evening.  Work shall be completed no later than October 31, 2024.  Complete information is available by clicking here Leavitt Institute Roof.
