Help Wanted – Beach Attendant

The Town of Turner seeks an individual to work as a monitor at the town beach during the coming season.  Beach monitors work 10 to 20 hours per week, are responsible for ensuring that users have the required pass to use the beach, and for enforcing the town’s rules for the site.  Monitors do not serve as lifeguards.  Monitors work a varying schedule, based on availability, which includes both weekdays and weekends, from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.  The successful candidate will project a friendly and helpful attitude, and the ability to firmly communicate and enforce the town’s rules.  Preference will be given to Turner residents.  Applications are available on the website and should be returned to the Town Office by Monday, May 12.  Employment Application
