Special Town Meeting – Monday, November 17, 6:00 p.m.

There will be a Special Town Meeting to be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, November 17, at the Town Office, to consider a moratorium on new marijuana cultivation facility licenses, to provide the town with the opportunity to amend the Adult Use and Medical Marijuana Stores, Cultivation Facilities, Manufacturing Facilities, and Testing Facilities Ordinance to allow consideration of “repeated incidents of record of breaches of the peace, disorderly conduct, vandalism or other violations of law on or in the vicinity of the licensed premises and caused by persons patronizing or employed by the licensed premises”.
