Over its history, the Town of Turner has established several policies and ordinances. Ranging from land use regulation to plumbing and building inspections, our community aims to work collaboratively with residential and commercial developers to ensure a prosperous future.

For More Information, Call Bob Folsom, Code Enforcement Officer at 207-225-3414.  Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  Residents are encouraged to call ahead as Bob may be out on inspections during these hours.
Special Notice for Mobile Homes:  Permits are required to set up a mobile home.  A separate permit is also required if moving a mobile home - even if within the Town of Turner.  If a mobile home on a rented lot is sold, a copy of the Bill of Sale must be provided to the town's tax assessor, whether or not the home is moved.
